Learn how to add a new element or texture to your video projects with Adobe After Effects, a professional compositing and motion graphics application used for layering a variety of visual elements, creating titles, adding animation, and much more.  A post-production treasure trove, AE is known for its vast effects library. This class is ideal if you already have a short project in the rough edit stage or beyond, but will also be helpful if you wish to gain basic skills in the software in anticipation of your next project. We’ll alternate between lecture/demo and open time for you to try out techniques with instructor support and feedback.  Time outside of class is helpful for further work on assignments, up to two hours a week.
