How to Register for a Youth Class

Print out the registration form and mail it and payment to:

You can also register by calling 503-221-1156, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Telephone reservations must be paid with credit card.

Tuition and lab fees are due at the time of registration. You will receive a confirmation of your registration by mail. When maximum enrollment is reached, a wait list will be generated and students will be contacted as space becomes available. Classes may be canceled due to under enrollment. Students will be contacted by phone in advance and a full refund issued.
