LIGHTS, CAMERAS, PUPPETS! Course #15
MONDAY-FRIDAY, MAR 22-26, 9AM-2PM

Grades 2-4

This Spring Break class combines the art of traditional puppet-making with the basics of digital video production. Working with a professional puppeteer, students will create original puppet characters, sets, and scenes. Then, working with a filmmaker, they will use the language of camera moves and camera angles to record an original story. The focus is on student imagination and the basic language of cinematic storytelling. The week will culminate in a family screening, complete with popcorn. Each student will also receive a class DVD. No experience required. All equipment and supplies provided.

5 sessions
Tuition: $225 | Equipment/Lab Fee: $65
