All rental requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to shoot date. Submission doesn't guarantee reservation. During summer term, rental access is very reduced and sometimes nonexistent. We view our educational program as our highest priority; therefore we reserve the right to cancel any equipment rental up to 24 hours in advance, based on availability for student use.

Equipment Access
The Equipment Access Program supports the use of media in our community as a means of self expression and cultural advancement by providing film/video equipment to Artist and Nonprofit Users at subsidized rates. Equipment is also available to commercial producers as availability allows.
